Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Advance Reservations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund minus a 500 BDT processing fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 1000 BDT cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Early Returns

Returning a vehicle before the scheduled return date will not result in a refund for the unused rental period.

4. Rental Modifications

Modifications to your rental agreement (such as extending the rental period) must be communicated to us promptly. Additional charges may apply for such modifications.

5. Vehicle Issues

Mechanical Problems: If the vehicle encounters mechanical problems that are not due to customer misuse, we will provide a replacement vehicle or issue a prorated refund for the rental period lost.
Accidents and Damages: Refunds will not be issued for accidents or damages caused by the customer. Standard insurance policies and damage fees will apply.
